The Team
The project team is multidisciplinary; it includes experts in international development, environmental policy, economics and quantitative methods. It will be led and managed by Professor Patrick Paul Walsh (UCD) in partnership with Professor Enda Murphy (UCD), with financial management provided by the UCD APEP Research Manager. The project will be supported by a post-doctoral researcher (UCD) and Research Assistant (UCD). Prof. Walsh will take responsibility for the immediate management of the project, for line management of the post-doctoral researcher and research assistant, for coordination with SDSN external advisors and contact with EPA as well as for the timely delivery of work packages. The Project Leader has overall responsibility for the execution and delivery of the project, as well as for the synthesis, evaluation and communication of the research.

Prof. Patrick Paul Walsh is the Professor of International Development Studies in University College Dublin, Ireland. He
also a Senior Advisor to the UN SDSN, New York, Chair of the Academic Steering Committee of the Global Association of Masters of Development Practice, based at the Earth Institute at Columbia University and Director of the UCD Centre of Sustainable Development Studies.

Prof. Enda Murphy

Prof. Enda Murphy is Professor of Planning at the School of Architecture, Planning and Environmental Policy at University College Dublin, Ireland, where he is also Vice-Principal for Graduate Studies and Director of the Graduate School for the College of Social Sciences and Law.
